Frequently asked questions
What happens if my contract doesn’t close?
Our goal is to get your contract to the closing table. If for some reason your contract does not close, there will be a $50 fee added to that client’s next contract to close.
is there a long-term commitment required?
There is no long-term commitment required. Each fee is paid on a per-transaction basis. There is an agreement that will be signed in advance with all tasks to be performed for expectation management.
are you licensed?
Yes, licensed in the state of Virginia with Samson Properties. However, Agent Ally is a separate business and only provides non-licensed activities. Any negotiations are left to the buyer or seller’s agent.
are you insured?
Yes, Agent Ally has it’s own Errors and Ommissions insurance.
